Paladino Heads to Greenbuild

Paladino and Company will once again have a significant presence at Greenbuild, the world’s largest green building conference and expo, with 15 of its 28 employees attending the event. Greenbuild 2009 takes place in Phoenix, AZ November 10-13.

Please join us on Thursday, November 12 from 2:00 – 3:30 pm for “Sustainable Valuation: When Going Green Makes Cents,” a session presented by Tom Paladino and Andrew Lee of Paladino and Company, along with Melanie Berkemeyer from the Department of State and Alissa Rupp of the Portico Group (Session OR 16). The session illustrates a methodology for green building ideation and valuation of advanced design concepts over time, using case examples from the perspectives of owner, designer and sustainability consultant.

Paladino is also once again a sponsor of the yearly bash formerly known as the LEED Reviewers’ Party on Thursday evening. This year, the party celebrates the launch of the Green Building Foundation, a nonprofit committed to bringing sustainable development to disadvantaged communities. We are also hosting our second annual Friends and Family party on Thursday evening to celebrate our 15th anniversary.

And finally, job seekers may find us at the Green Building Job Fair on Tuesday, November 10 from 1:00 – 5:00 pm at the Phoenix Convention Center. Visit our booth to learn about opportunities at Paladino and drop off your resume or card for a chance to win an iPod Touch.

We hope to see you in Phoenix!
