Paladino and Company Named Top Washington Employer by Washington CEO Magazine

Seattle, WA - July 3, 2007 - Paladino and Company Inc., an internationally recognized green building consulting firm, has been named one of Washington’s 100 Best Companies to Work For by Washington CEO Magazine (www.washingtonceo.com). The ranking compares small, medium, large and non-profit companies in the areas of workplace strengths and weaknesses by capturing employee opinions about critical performance areas. Evaluation categories include training and education; responsibility and decision making; performance standards; rewards and recognition; benefits; leadership; work environment; hiring and retention; and corporate culture. Each participating company is ranked by its employees through a confidential survey, which is then compared to a corporate profile provided by the CEO or company president.

Paladino and Company ranked 12th out of 55 companies in the Small Company category, with a score of 91.85 from a total possible 150 points. The firm scored evenly across all categories, but employees particularly distinguished the firm’s performance in the areas of training and education, benefits, leadership and hiring and retention.
