Collectively we bring more than 150 years experience in sustainability and green building to the challenge.

Who succeeds at Paladino? It’s easy to say smart and solutions-oriented people do, but that’s only part of what matters here. We look for people with Paladino DNA – a combination of personality attributes and technical expertise that increase the probability for success in a high performance environment. Even if your last name isn’t Paladino, you can still be part of the Paladino family.

Paladino DNA Qualified

Personality attributes are believed to be created by the complex relationship between genes, the chemistry of the brain and environmental factors; Paladino DNA can be defined as the innate talents, propensities and quirks our people bring to the world they operate in.  Some call us geeks, but we like to think of ourselves as problem solvers who can define the boundary condition for the opportunity we’re trying to create, and then apply a little attitude in creating the solution.

We Are

Abundance Thinkers. Sustainability solutions are typically driven by fear and ‘scarcity’ thinking, but Paladino people take a glass half full approach. They are passionate and optimistic believers that abundance will prevail, approaching and embracing every new opportunity with hope, empathy and a sense of humor.

Seekers. Paladino people are visionary, seeking answers to the most pressing sustainability issues and applying intellectual rigor in the application of the solution. They are change agents driven by altruism.

Collaborative. The climate change challenge can’t be solved by lone wolves. Paladino people know that collaboration is essential to creating lasting change. They are team players that couple strong communication skills with a drive to serve.

Real. Paladino people are self aware; they know themselves and are open to feedback, embracing change and the possibility of the future with integrity, persistence and self reliance.
