Bio

Hank is responsible for overall Information Technology functions at Paladino, including the management of the firm’s integrated IT strategy and infrastructure; the development and implementation of policies and procedures; application and tool development for internal and client solutions; day-to-day hardware and software administration; and support of business development efforts for technology offerings. With over 25 years of experience in software development and IT management, Hank most recently ran his own IT consulting company, assisting a range of clients including Microsoft and Paladino and Company with the development of technology-based tools for a variety of applications.
