Julie has 15 years of experience in talent management and organizational transformation, creating a talent management infrastructure and innovative performance management system for a $1.5 billion multinational firm of 5,500 employees and has designed and executed many change management initiatives to accomplish a company’s strategic goals within accelerated timeframes.
