Bio

A nationally recognized leader in the green building industry, Paul Paladino is the co-founder and executive vice president of Paladino and Company, Inc.

Paul leads the firm’s financial, information technology, and operational areas and manages the operations staff.  He has extensive experience in business planning and management from leadership roles in finance and operations in both Fortune 500 and successful start-up environments. 

Paul holds overall corporate P&L accountability and manages the firm’s financial activities including budgeting and long range planning; audit and oversight; credit covenants and liquidity management.    

Paul designed, coded, and launched the firm’s original website. Today, he draws upon his strong systems development background to guide the firm’s IT initiatives, designing custom resource management tools that integrate with the firm’s accounting systems to improve workflow and backlog management.
