Todd provides technical and analytical support to project teams and senior staff. He also provides LEED documentation management and performs research to support a variety of project types and formerly served as Paladino’s Certifying Body project coordinator, managing the workflow between Paladino QC trainers and new LEED review teams nationwide.
Todd also serves on Paladino’s technical consulting team to the U.S. Green Building Council, conducting LEED application reviews.
Prior to joining Paladino, Todd explored careers in education, writing and sailing. His 40,000+ miles of ocean sailing experience has given him a unique respect for the global environment. As a teacher, Todd endeavored to instill in students a greater appreciation of the environment, their responsibilities to it, and their power to protect it. He designed an r/c landsailer and founded a non-profit organization to support school sailing activities.
He is nearly finished with a book and poster titled “My Share”, which addresses everyday choices we can make to reduce our share of global warming around the home, at work and through many other aspects of our daily lives.
