We’ve collected five examples of the great sustainability achievements of Paladino’s clients in 2016. These green building achievements were the result of team work, including the clients, developers, architects, designers, community members, and consulting teams, and these stories demonstrate the power of Abundance Thinking. In each case, we went into the projects confident that we had exactly what we needed to achieve everything our clients wanted. Luxury, productivity, influence, and more – all made possible through sustainable strategies and the right mix of Abundance, attitude, and analytics.

2016 has been an extraordinary year for the planet and the built environment. The Paris COP21 Agreement was ratified by the European Union on October 4th, just as the world passed 400PPM carbon threshold. In the midst of it all, buildings go up, communities grow, the economy changes, and politics march on (although not “as usual,” we must admit).

The term “sustainability” is changing – it’s broadening to include wellness and resilience. And so Paladino’s work is changing with it.

Paladino sits firmly at the intersection of business, design, and environment. Our clients hold their position in that same intersection, by using their buildings and real estate to grow their business; change the lives of their tenants, employees, and guests; and make the world a little bit better.

Congratulations to the PNC Financial Services Group, Hertz Corporation, The George Washington University Milken School of Public Health, The Brando Resort, and the US Department of State OBO for being global ambassadors for the green building movement, and showing that you can achieve what we are all capable of, but may not have yet imagined.
