Paladino is an adamant believer that a sustainable building must also mean a healthy environment for its occupants. That’s why we are excited to host the NAIOP Washington State Chapter on April 4 for a happy hour and an introductory session on the WELL Building Standard. Attendees will learn how buildings can be designed and built specifically with people’s health and wellness in mind.

Seattle sustainability professionals will hear from Senior Vice President Natasha Franck of Delos, the company behind the WELL Building Standard. Now certified through GBCI, the WELL Building Standard takes a holistic approach to health and wellness in buildings addressing behavior, operations and design. The performance-based system measures, certifies and monitors features of the built environment that affect air, water, nourishment, light, fitness, and comfort of humans.

Sustainability professionals gather at Paladino Seattle.
