Amanda oversees all aspects of her client projects, from deadlines to deliverables, and is responsible for ensuring that Paladino projects meet both the client’s expectations and the firm’s high standards of quality.
Amanda has over 8 years of experience as a LEED program manager, leading complex sustainability initiatives and stakeholder engagement efforts within the retail sector. She manages the LEED application process on behalf of clients and ensures projects are on track to meet LEED credit requirements by conducting design, construction and performance analyses. Her ability to connect LEED to value helps project teams leverage each opportunity and align to owner’s requirements.
Prior to working at Paladino, Amanda managed the LEED program for Kohl’s Department Stores. There she managed the certification of nearly 500 LEED projects including both non-retail projects and retail stores under LEED volume prototypes including New Construction, Commercial Interiors & Existing Buildings: Operations & Maintenance.
